New Patients
At Arctic Medical Center, we strive to make all our patients feel comfortable, safe and well taken care of from the moment they step into our office.
Before your first appointment, be sure to fill out all the necessary paperwork ahead of time. If you are unable to complete it beforehand or need assistance, please arrive several minutes before your appointment so that we can assist you.
As new patients, during your first visit, we will review your medical history and any previous treatments before discussing your goals of treatment. Afterward, we will conduct a physical examination to evaluate what needs to be done to achieve your desired results. Many of our services can be customized to best suit your individual needs and goals.
Scheduling Policy
A card on file is required to hold your appointment time. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours or more prior to your appointment time, or you will be subject to a cancellation fee (50% of treatment cost). No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment cost. Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment. There are no refunds on services rendered.
